- This is another ridiculous lawsuit. First, the school has already acknowledged that they gave her options for change. It was up to her to exercise them. Second, she's in college, not high school.

- Bottom line, the voters are going to cast their ballots based on their own personal experiences. Those that feel life has been better under Obama, will vote to give him another four years in office. Those that have been less than satisfied, since he's been in office, will vote for someone else.

- This is a very sad tale and my heart goes out to both families. Time will tell, what evidence has been gathered for the trial. As of right now, it does not look good. Many people lose their tempers and experience jealousy as well, but they don't express it by threatening to commit murder.

- You're right, SGK can fund any organizations they choose to donate to. In turn, the American public can choose which non-profit organizations they wish to contribute to as well. Time will tell, what this episode will cost SGK. I suspect their fund raising is going to plummet.
